The total cost of your visit includes the Home Medical Visit Fee plus the price of any service you request. Prices and fees are independent from health Insurance, copays, or deductibles.

In-home catheterizations, nursing time and equipment included. Provider orders required.

In addition to Influenza vaccines, we offer on-site vaccinations for other vaccines such as Shingrix, Pneumovax, etc.

Tracheostomy care is important to prevent infection and blockage. Includes supplies, inner cannula change, and general cleaning.​

Tube Feeding

Supplements are not included in the price, however, they can be supplied and delivered to your home through our partner pharmacy.
Nursing Wellness Check
Price: $99
In-person wellness assessment by a registered nurse. This service should not be used as a substitute for an urgent care visit.

Example:
In this example, a patient needs two services which are performed on a single visit: Laboratory Test Collection and Pneumococcal Vaccine. Laboratory test collection can be completed by a Technician, but vaccinations must be administered by a nurse. As such, to complete the services in a single visit, a Nurse will be dispatched for the visit.
