How do these programs and insurance work together?
At heatlh2me, we provide full-spectrum primary care — delivered in the comfort of your home — and bill your insurance for these services just like a traditional clinic would. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare.​ Your provider visits, procedures, and vaccinations are considered routine medical care and are billed directly to your insurance when medically necessary. These clinical services are not included in your annual program fee.

The annual program fee covers a distinct set of non-covered services and wellness enhancements that are not reimbursed by Medicare or other insurance plans. These are not medical necessities, but rather additional tools and services that support your overall care experience.
